• Drive the strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding with a focus on automation and quality.

• Own the seller onboarding experience (NPS) and prioritize high-value business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success to enable sustainable marketplace growth.

Requirements

• Several years of team leadership experience within a marketplace or platform business.
• Strong understanding of technical integrations, operational scaling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional environments.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
