TL;DR
Head of Partnerships - Integrations & Applications (IoT): Leading the third-party integration ecosystem for the IrisX platform with an accent on ERP, ConTech, and AI platforms. Focus on converting partner demand into live consumption, managing the integration roadmap, and scaling the IrisX marketplace.
Location: Multiple locations in Europe (Denmark, Norway, Germany, France, Sweden, UK, Benelux); remote work is supported, but candidates must be comfortable operating across global time zones.

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of third-party integrations across ERP (SAP, Oracle), fleet management systems, and AI application layers.
- Drive IrisX credit consumption as the primary commercial metric and define the prioritized integration roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional pod including a Partnerships Product Manager, Platform Engineer, and Field Marketing Manager.
- Build and manage a structured partner pipeline with clear qualification criteria and commercial terms.
- Develop the IrisX Marketplace strategy to ensure integrations are discoverable and adoptable by customers.
- Partner with Developer Experience Engineering to improve sandbox environments, API documentation, and onboarding.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, platform integrations, or product roles within enterprise software, SaaS, or IoT.
- Proven track record of scaling integration partnership programs from pipeline scoping to revenue-generating deployments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
- Deep commercial acumen regarding how integrations translate into platform consumption and ARR.
- Experience with ERP, fleet management, or ConTech enterprise software ecosystems.
- Ability to work remotely and operate across global time zones.
