Salary: €55,000 – €80,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Architect and execute the first-ever global Early Careers program from scratch.
• Build the Young hirify.globaln brand to position the company as the top choice for junior talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all internship and entry-level GTM roles.
• Identify and secure partnerships with elite universities and student tech hubs.
• Host workshops, open house nights, and networking sessions at the Berlin office.
• Advise senior leadership on structuring junior roles for maximum impact and retention.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
• Proven experience navigating the chaos of a high-growth tech company
• Track record of hosting successful events or building employer brand content
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to sell the company vision
• Deep understanding of GTM (Sales, Marketing, Ops) roles
• Relentless drive and ownership mindset
