What you will do

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
  • Design, test, and iterate on AI-powered workflows to reduce manual tasks for the TA team.
  • Research and implement new AI sourcing and candidate engagement tools.
  • Document successful processes to create scalable recruitment playbooks.
  • Analyze recruitment data and build dashboards to track performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Berlin or able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Berlin office.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and automation tools with a proactive builder mindset.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment or HR through internships, university projects, or personal interest.
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic dashboarding.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and interest in recruitment tooling.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ashby ATS.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker.
