Product Manager (Security)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Spain)

What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap, vision, and lifecycle of security-focused products and services.
• Manage product ideation, backlog prioritization, and feature launches while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Lead customer-facing communications related to security updates, compliance changes, and incident response.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen the organization's security positioning.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and engineering teams to support certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure consistent security messaging across the broader product ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product or Program Management with a strong focus on security initiatives.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly communication.
• Experience in stakeholder management across engineering, compliance, marketing, and legal teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and making data-driven product decisions.
• Must be based in Spain

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
• Previous experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or regulated industries.
