What you will do

• Drive roadmap projects from discovery through launch across various product areas.
• Conduct customer discovery and collaborate with UX and internal Operations to create precise technical specifications for Engineering and Data Science.
• Utilize Hex, Claude, and ChatGPT for data-driven sizing, prioritization, and measurement.
• Manage the cross-product feedback loop between Sales, Customer Success, and internal Operations.
• Maintain roadmap hygiene and visibility within Linear to ensure predictability.
• Own product-wide release readiness, including the creation of FAQs, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of shipping B2B products used by external customers.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for discovery synthesis, requirements, and prototyping.
• Experience with product analytics using tools like Hex.
• Ability to write unambiguous specifications for Engineering and Data Science.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS.
• Domain expertise in IT ops, ITSM, security ops, or adjacent enterprise IT.
