What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization for the Scandinavian market.
• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and Product Management.
• Lead cross-regional product portfolio areas to ensure customer value and market fit.
• Develop and present business cases for strategic investment decisions.
• Manage strategic partnerships and partner products.
• Collaborate with Agile software development teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior Product Manager in a software or SaaS organization.
• Deep industry knowledge in accounting, tax advisory, and practice management.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, AI-driven solutions, and modern development practices.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Gothenburg, Sweden (Hybrid: 8 days/month).
• Fluent English proficiency is required; Scandinavian languages are a plus.
