What you will do

• Execute the roadmap for internal support tools, balancing short-term operational wins with long-term investments.
• Partner with support teams to identify workflows, pain points, and success criteria using data-driven insights.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery from concept through launch, including requirements, scoping, and rollout.
• Design scalable systems that integrate across platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce.
• Prioritize AI opportunities to improve support efficiency while ensuring responsible AI principles.
• Define and track success metrics related to agent productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally building internal or platform tooling.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in system design, integrations, and APIs.
• Demonstrated fluency in modern AI concepts and best practices.
• Experience shipping data-powered features in B2B or enterprise settings.
• Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive experiences for non-technical users.
• Must be able to work from the Prague office on a weekly basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with support tooling ecosystems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
• Background in building tools for operational teams such as sales or services.
