Location: Remote within Ukraine or Hybrid

A custom product engineering company supporting multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve complex business challenges.

What you will do

  • Design user-friendly interfaces for the Internal Management System across Web and Mobile platforms.
  • Own specific product modules from initial wireframes to high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
  • Conduct user research and interviews with internal teams to identify and solve friction points.
  • Create personas, journey maps, and wireframes to align the project team and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and maintain the internal Design System to ensure technical scalability and consistency.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in an Agile workflow to ensure technical feasibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically with B2B SaaS or Enterprise/Internal systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto-layout, Components, and Prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of design systems applied to complex, data-heavy interfaces.
  • Fluent spoken and written English for articulating design decisions to leads and developers.
  • Ability to work independently and monitor own work within short time horizons.
  • Must be based in Ukraine.
