What you will do

  • Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces and user flows for large-scale consumer products.
  • Collaborate with executives and product leadership to translate business strategy into user experiences.
  • Utilize product metrics, UX research, and analytics to drive design improvements and decisions.
  • Build and maintain scalable, tokenized design systems to ensure consistency across the product portfolio.
  • Lead discovery and validation through interviews, usability tests, surveys, and A/B tests.
  • Mentor other designers and provide detailed documentation and assets for engineering implementation.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience as a Lead Product Designer working on B2C products.
  • Proven track record of working closely with product managers and engineers.
  • Expertise in using product and UX metrics to guide design decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
  • High proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
  • English: B2+ and Russian: C1+ proficiency required.
