What you will do

  • Monitor and evaluate distributor sell-out and stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Handle order flow, deliveries, and follow-ups to maintain inventory efficiency.
  • Manage partner rebates and credit notes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and drive overall performance.
  • Organize and oversee training and certification programs for distributors.
  • Develop partner business plans and expand market presence through sales negotiations and closing deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a channel or distribution manager in electronic security or a related industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets in both sell-in and sell-out channels.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
