What you will do

  • Map funnels, identify constraints, and propose areas for improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Formulate hypotheses with clear mechanisms, target segments, expected impact, and success metrics.
  • Build and ship tests using AI tools and no-code platforms to create prototypes, landing pages, onboarding flows, and internal tools.
  • Analyze experiment results, document learnings, and identify successful strategies for scaling.
  • Productionalize successful experiments to increase ROI, revenue, and profitability.
  • Maintain an experiment backlog and reusable playbooks to enhance company-wide learning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in growth, product, analytics, or operator roles with a focus on outcomes.
  • Experience designing and running experiments that improved revenue, CAC, LTV, or conversion, with strong analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for building prototypes and instrumented tests.
  • Comfortable using no-code tools, APIs, webhooks, and lightweight backends for end-to-end experiment execution.
  • Strong commercial instinct and ability to connect tests to revenue, positioning, or unit economics.
