What you will do

• Design and build generative AI applications leveraging state-of-the-art models for financial workflows.
• Drive end-to-end model development lifecycle, leading best practices in research, testing, monitoring, and deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business problems, mentor teammates, and translate issues into scoped projects.
• Apply advanced research in information retrieval, knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, and GenAI frameworks.
• Share ideas and push AI adoption throughout the organization in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python for production-ready delivery.
• Expertise in at least one of: information retrieval (chunking, embeddings, re-rankers), entity/relationship extraction, knowledge graphs/graphRAG, recommendation systems, tabular ML, statistical/predictive modeling, or GenAI/agentic frameworks.
• Experience in full model lifecycle including experimentation, training, evals, monitoring, and deployment.
• Product focus with understanding of end-user impact.
• Good knowledge of AWS AI infrastructure.
• Location: London with hybrid model
