What you will do

• Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with other Product Managers.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Translate business opportunities into clear customer problem statements and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and SMEs to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Create well-structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria and facilitate backlog refinement.
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Experience implementing ServiceNow as a product.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams with design and engineering.
• Ability to manage technical trade-offs in software products.
• Skill in using data and insights to inform product decisions.
• Must be able to work hybridly from Leeds, United Kingdom.
