What you will do

• Analyze player behavior and product performance data to optimize engagement loops and conversion funnels.
• Review live product performance to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with UX and Design teams to improve gameplay, promotional, and customer journey experiences.
• Partner with Commercial and CRM teams to drive player engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate product releases and operational readiness across multiple brands and markets.
• Support experimentation, personalization, and live-service content strategies.

Requirements

• Strong experience in iGaming, ideally with poker products.
• Solid experience as a product manager in an agile environment.
• Understanding of the technology, systems, and platforms required for data-driven product roadmaps.
• Passion for mobile/web features, UX/UI, and product innovation.
• Ability to prioritize roadmaps based on business drivers and competitor analysis.
