What you will do

• Oversee new and existing products impacting UK consumers to ensure fair outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the UK Consumer Duty framework, policies, and operational routines.
• Collaborate with product managers, compliance, and risk teams to drive UK-specific product initiatives.
• Represent the UK entity in governance forums and support interactions with financial regulators.
• Identify operational risks and drive effective resolutions across multiple business domains.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, operations, or governance within regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty principles.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across compliance, risk, and product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English proficiency required for all documentation and communication.
