What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction for valuations modelling across the business.
• Oversee the development of account-level NPV models for multiple lending products.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of credit analysts and data scientists.
• Partner with stakeholders across analytics, credit strategy, finance, product, and risk.
• Drive the evolution of the bank's valuations capability and roadmap.
• Champion technical best practices for Python-based modelling workflows.

Requirements

• Solid experience leading valuations within retail lending.
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Python-based modelling environments.
• Deep expertise in valuation and NPV modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills for senior audiences.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in the UK

• Experience across multiple lending products.
• Experience leveraging valuations within decisioning pipelines.
• Exposure to machine learning in credit or valuations modelling.
