What you will do

• Develop and execute herbicide portfolio and in-license strategies to achieve business and financial targets.
• Define customer segments and develop brand plans for effective product lifecycle management.
• Lead new product introductions (NPI) and execute targeted herbicide marketing campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end in-licensing process, including ideation, registration, and commercialization.
• Oversee alliance governance, operational models, and partner relationships.
• Collaborate with global marketing and sales teams to gather market intelligence and competitor insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majoring in Agronomy.
• At least 10 years of commercial experience in the agricultural industry, specifically within multinational companies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proven strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong negotiation capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across China.
