• Drive organic user acquisition through viral loops, referral programs, and network effects.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps tailored for local and global markets.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to increase platform appeal and user stickiness.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineering teams to optimize user funnels.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in user growth, growth hacking, or product management.
• Experience in the financial or crypto sectors.
• Expertise in agile product development and growth analytics.
• Proven ability to design and scale fission growth mechanisms.
• Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or Finance.
