What you will do

• Manage technical proposals and quotations within internal systems.
• Coordinate contract creation in collaboration with legal and sales teams.
• Engage proactively with customers to identify needs and operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate across business units to optimize lead times and project costs.
• Develop and implement chemical pulping rebuilds and upgrade solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with global technology teams for ongoing support.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• B.Sc. degree in Pulp and Paper education.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in chemical pulping.
• Strong technical background with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
• Ability to coordinate and manage tasks within a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
