Mid-sized global biopharmaceutical company focusing on transformative medicines in Oncology, Rare Disease, and Neuroscience.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly regional marketing plans to achieve sales targets, market share, and product penetration.
  • Analyze regional market dynamics, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and regulatory changes to adjust regional strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of regional KOLs, key HCPs, and hospital administrators.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to provide product training, sales enablement, and on-site support.
  • Ensure all regional marketing activities and communications comply with local regulations and company anti-corruption policies.
  • Support market access efforts in coordination with HA and LMA departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy.
  • Over 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and business English (reading and writing).
  • Experience in oncology and rare disease sectors.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50-60%) within the assigned region.
  • Proven track record in KOL management and executing academic promotion activities.
