What you will do

• Drive innovation in experimentation research by shaping measurement frameworks and best practices.
• Advance experimentation infrastructure and tooling using statistical and machine learning methods.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing technical direction in causal inference and experimental analysis.
• Partner with product managers and business leaders to identify high-impact experimentation opportunities.
• Champion a data-driven culture by establishing experimentation standards and ethical practices.
• Research and prototype novel techniques to address complex challenges like user behavior variability.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, including 2+ years in a mentoring or technical leadership capacity.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in causal inference and designing randomized and quasi-experiments.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong familiarity with the gaming industry and contemporary gaming experiences.
• Experience with modern data tools including Airflow, Git, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
