Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Counsel the UA team on budget planning and channel tactics using data-driven insights.
• Apply machine learning, causal inference, and time-series modeling to assess marketing efficiency.
• Build and maintain forecasting models to support UA planning and decision-making.
• Identify areas for improvement and run analyses that lead to actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure reliable data foundations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of professional data science experience delivering end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with forecasting, time-series models, and causal inference methods.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and experimentation, including A/B testing.
