What you will do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the EMEA Technical Account Management team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Transition the team toward a proactive model by implementing systems for independent issue handling.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship on problem-solving, client management, and technical platform capabilities.
  • Establish and refine scalable tools and workflows to manage team growth and workload distribution.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for critical customer issues in the EMEA region.
  • Contribute to programs for proactive technical guidance and strategic client engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ people, preferably in a TAM or Integration Engineering capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of API-first platforms and experience guiding teams through complex integrations.
  • Proficiency with API technologies and tools: REST, SOAP, OAuth, JSON/XML, Postman, and Swagger.
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms like Workato, Mulesoft, or Zapier.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, small-company environments.
  • Must be based in Berlin, Germany.
