What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer journey from initial deployment through expansion, ensuring scalability across all deployments.
• Build the Delivery function, including playbooks, deployment architecture, and operating cadences.
• Coordinate the operating rhythm between Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Transform large enterprise clients into strategic accounts by embedding the platform as core infrastructure.
• Recruit and lead a team of high-performing operators.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product direction and GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a VC-backed enterprise data software company in Implementation, Forward Deployed, or Solutions roles.
• Engineering degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.
• Fluent English and German language proficiency.
• Must be based in Munich or Berlin, or be willing to relocate to Munich.

Nice to have

• Industry experience in Automotive, Defense, or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and enterprise software architecture.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects.
