What you will do
- Manage full-cycle projects for US and EU clients, ranging from startups to large enterprises.
- Lead Agile Scrum teams, ensuring high-quality task completion and optimal user experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Take full responsibility for project release delivery.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team.
- 1-2+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a specific focus on web development.
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- English: Excellent written and spoken skills required.
- Proficiency in risk analysis, facilitation, team leadership, and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and procedures.
Nice to have
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Scrum Master certification or other relevant Agile certificates.
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple streams and non-trivial stakeholder landscapes.
- Experience with both SAP implementation and general software development projects.
