What you will do

• Manage full-cycle projects for US and EU clients, ranging from startups to large enterprises.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, ensuring high-quality task completion and optimal user experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Take full responsibility for project release delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development team.
• 1-2+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a specific focus on web development.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• English: Excellent written and spoken skills required.
• Proficiency in risk analysis, facilitation, team leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and procedures.

Nice to have

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Scrum Master certification or other relevant Agile certificates.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple streams and non-trivial stakeholder landscapes.
• Experience with both SAP implementation and general software development projects.
