What you will do
- Support clients throughout all product interaction stages, including API consultations, testing, and production launches.
- Assist clients with day-to-day product usage, dashboard management, and bug documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team, Product Manager, and Account Manager for client management.
- Investigate operational issues related to reporting or reconciliation preparation.
- Monitor product performance metrics and investigate drops, anomalies, and incidents.
- Improve support processes and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar support role.
- Experience working with fintech products (payment solutions, banking, virtual cards/wallets) is required.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
- Proficiency in working with APIs: understanding authentication flows, building requests (curl/Postman), and interpreting responses.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release processes.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Experience reading logs in ClickHouse and Grafana.
