What you will do

• Co-design and implement strategic initiatives reporting directly to the COO.
• Drive cross-functional delivery and solve complex operational problems.
• Analyze business operations and implement GTM improvements to increase revenue.
• Identify growth markets and launch new product operations.
• Develop data analytics dashboards and utilize financial/market data for insights.
• Manage commercial agreements, negotiate with external suppliers, and liaise with investors.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in high-performance environments (Management Consulting, IB, PE, VC).
• 2+ years of in-house execution experience in trading or crypto firms.
• Deep understanding of trading and crypto ecosystems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design processes from scratch and execute complex projects.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
