What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to establish the company as a key partner.
• Define account objectives and implement commercial strategies through comprehensive account plans.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms, including pricing and payment terms for new and existing business.
• Coordinate projects with internal partners and clients, including fragrance submissions.
• Manage product lifecycles, demand planning, and supply chain logistics to ensure high service levels.
• Monitor financial aspects of accounts, focusing on budget expenses and payment objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Algeria.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Science.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in flavor, fragrance, or ingredient sales.
• Deep expertise in fragrance products, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Strong ability to deliver client presentations and implement strategic action plans.
• Proficiency in Arabic, English, and French is required.
