What you will do

• Maintain and develop deployment options using Helm, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of SaaS product instances.
• Build automated "as code" deployment options for hirify.global Cloud and public platforms.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers and Staff Engineers on scalability and feature deployment.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident management, and post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Cloud, Platform, or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience operating Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in IaC and Configuration as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Comfortable with remote-first and asynchronous work.
