We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join a long-term project and take ownership of infrastructure, automation, security, and delivery platforms across cloud environments. Location: EU only. This is a hands-on senior role with architectural responsibility, where you will help design, secure, and scale modern cloud platforms.

Обязанности
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines end-to-end
- Integrate security practices into delivery pipelines (SAST/DAST, dependency and container scanning)
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Pulumi
- Design and operate Kubernetes platforms with Helm
- Implement GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux or similar)
- Develop self-service tooling and standardized deployment processes
- Drive SSDLC, vulnerability management, and security automation
- Build observability solutions (metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards, alerting)
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs (FinOps)
- Support MLOps and AI infrastructure initiatives
- Participate in architecture decisions and incident management

Требования
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
- 2+ years in Senior / Lead role
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure or GCP
- Production experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, GitOps (ArgoCD / Flux)
- Experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Strong scripting skills: Python / Bash / Go
- Practical DevSecOps experience: Vulnerability scanning, Secrets management, IAM, Policy-as-code, Zero Trust principles
- Daily experience using AI-assisted engineering tools: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot

- Experience with regulated industries
- SAP integration / enterprise migration experience
- Experience with AIOps, FinOps, MLOps
- Azure or Google Cloud certifications
