What you will do

• Lead infrastructure projects including migrations, containerization, and cloud cost optimizations for assigned brands.
• Establish and upgrade CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and SLO-aligned dashboards.
• Advise brand CTOs and engineering leads on architecture trade-offs and technical strategy.
• Contribute to central platform services to ensure consistency and efficiency across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with product teams to troubleshoot and improve reliability across application and infrastructure boundaries.
• Integrate AI coding tools into infrastructure workflows and coach brand teams on their effective use.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 5+ years of experience in Platform, Cloud, DevOps, or SRE roles at a senior level.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and practical experience with Terraform.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and modernization of pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Prometheus.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) in infrastructure tasks.
• Background in software development with the ability to read and debug application code.
