What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and success metrics for a gamified platform designed to drive associate engagement and loyalty.
• Progressively manage the Merchant Ops portfolio, including merchant data, onboarding, reporting, and alliance integrations.
• Research and identify new opportunities to increase engagement and training impact within the Associate community.
• Define the product roadmap and manage resource allocation across teams.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and business requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and US-based stakeholders to deliver features end-to-end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience covering the full product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of delivering products from ideation to launch.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience working in a fast-growth startup environment.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Must be located in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Engineering or Computer Science background.
• Experience with gamification, loyalty, or community engagement products.
• Experience with mobile products or product growth strategies.
