Senior Project Manager (Pharma)

hirify.global Pharma Software provides MES software, including Werum PAS-X, for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing, supporting factory digitization, automation, and the production of life-saving therapies.

What you will do

• Manage national and international projects across the full project life cycle in a regulated industry and across one or more lines of business.
• Lead project planning, staffing, resource management, budgeting, revenue realization, milestones, and delivery controls.
• Lead, motivate, and develop internal and external project teams while monitoring workload, performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders, advise on project management and business requirements, handle escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with executive sponsors, C-level stakeholders, sales, control teams, and cross-functional regional organizations.
• Support hiring and training, develop project-management practices and tools, and identify opportunities for customer expansion and new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in science or computer science.
• Knowledge of MES/ERP system architecture and broad understanding of related business functions.
• Experience leading, motivating, and managing project and program teams, including internal and external resources, with accountability for performance.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, motivational, analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to executive sponsors and communicating with technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability to influence and gain buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
• Flexibility and proven ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Decisiveness in resolving problems, making decisions, and prioritizing.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master of Science degree.
• PMP certification or other certifications and experience aligned with the area of expertise.
