What you will do
- Own end-to-end performance of assigned markets, monitoring KPIs like growth, revenue, and margins.
- Define, test, and optimize pricing levers to influence rider behavior and supply engagement.
- Analyze supply-demand dynamics to improve service reliability and marketplace efficiency.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to translate data into actionable operational strategies.
- Prepare structured insights and business cases for senior stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to post-implementation review.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, revenue management, strategy, analytics, or consulting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of unit economics, pricing mechanics, and marketplace dynamics.
- Ability to own ambiguous problem spaces and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Structured thinker with a bias toward execution and measurable impact.

- Experience in the mobility or marketplace industry.
