What you will do

• Grow the Intercity vertical across 13 LATAM countries to achieve main business KPIs.
• Monitor and improve business metrics through passenger and driver acquisition/retention initiatives.
• Develop strategies based on market and competitor analysis for Mexico, LATAM, and the global Intercity vertical.
• Validate product, marketing, and operational hypotheses via A/B testing.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
• Perform quantitative analysis of marketplace and product metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Based in Mexico City or ready to relocate within 3 months.
• 2+ years of experience in mobility, ride-hailing, B2B/B2C delivery, or e-commerce marketplaces in a data-heavy role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data-driven problem solving.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business.
• Fluent English and native Spanish speaker.
• Experience conducting customer development (custdevs) and field interviews.

Nice to have

• Expertise in the Latin American intercity transportation market.
• Experience in strategy consulting or project management.
• Practical analytical experience with Python.
