What you will do

• Translate GTM product vision and roadmap into structured delivery plans and success metrics.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM initiatives to drive commercial outcomes like pipeline and conversion.
• Manage PMO governance, risks, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accountability for scope and quality.
• Facilitate prioritization and decision-making with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce and GTM/CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile/Hybrid delivery and PMO frameworks.
• Experience managing external partners and vendors.
• Excellent executive communication skills for collaboration within global teams.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as SAFe, PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL.
• Background in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Consulting experience and workshop facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with SOX/ITGC.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, and Power BI.
