What you will do
- Provide first line support via ticketing system, telephone, and email for global offices.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and update computer and mobile hardware and software.
- Manage IT asset inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate hardware shipping for new hires and ex-staff.
- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and create technical procedures and training manuals.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and provide proactive status updates to users.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT support role.
- Proficiency with both MacOS and Windows devices.
- Understanding of networks (LANs, WANs, Firewalls etc).
- Experience using MDM solutions such as Jamf or Intune.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic security principles and IT operations fundamentals.
