What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to lead technical consultative discovery sessions and qualify opportunities.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific practice or bureau workflows.
• Maintain deep expertise across the product suite, including integrations and competitive positioning.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
• Contribute to the development of pre-sales materials, demo environments, and internal playbooks.
• Support smooth handovers to Implementation and Customer Success teams post-sale.

Requirements

• Solid experience in an accountancy or payroll SaaS environment is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong consultative, listening, and discovery skills.
• Ability to translate complex product knowledge into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
• Natural curiosity for software functionality and product experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Duleek, Ireland.
