What you will do
- Partner with the Sales team to lead technical consultative discovery sessions and qualify opportunities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address specific practice or bureau workflows.
- Maintain deep expertise across the product suite, including integrations and competitive positioning.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
- Contribute to the development of pre-sales materials, demo environments, and internal playbooks.
- Support smooth handovers to Implementation and Customer Success teams post-sale.
Requirements
- Solid experience in an accountancy or payroll SaaS environment is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong consultative, listening, and discovery skills.
- Ability to translate complex product knowledge into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
- Natural curiosity for software functionality and product experience.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Duleek, Ireland.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ’s product suite (Pay, Books, AP).
- Background working in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau.
- Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or tools.
