TL;DR

What you will do
- Build and deliver new features for client products using a polyglot approach.
- Implement and maintain full CI/CD models for continuous product delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to architect highly available, zero-downtime systems.
- Mentor engineers to accelerate their career growth and technical progress.
- Ensure production operation and monitoring of products in line with SLAs.
- Drive engineering best practices and promote technical work across the department.
Requirements
- Must be based in Portugal.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go with the ability to learn new languages rapidly.
- Production experience with React, modern build tools, and accessibility standards.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design, load balancing, and high-availability architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools to augment development workflows.
- Deep knowledge of event-driven architectures and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Comprehensive testing experience including security and performance optimization.
