Accountant (Global)

What you will do

• Prepare and post journal entries for global entities to ensure accurate month-end and year-end closes.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, including managing prepayments and accruals.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure compliance with capitalization policies.
• Prepare and review intercompany reconciliations and invoices across multiple regions.
• Support external audits and tax compliance activities by providing necessary documentation.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working at a US multinational company with multi-regional responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
