What you will do

• Own end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Support the centralization of multi-country payroll operations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage payroll activities, including benefits and compensation administration.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous process improvement and stabilization.
• Maintain strict confidentiality across all payroll and employee data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong Philippine payroll expertise.
• Experience handling high-volume payroll (1,000+ employees preferred).
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as BPO or shared services.
• Solid understanding of benefits and compensation processes.

Nice to have

• Multi-country payroll exposure.
• Familiarity with the Sprout payroll system.
