What you will do

• Own and maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and US GAAP.
• Process fixed asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation transactions.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset close activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Coordinate fixed asset stock counts and support internal and external audit procedures.
• Partner with procurement and FP&A teams to improve purchasing and capitalization processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and system integrations within NetSuite and BlackLine.

Requirements

• 6+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on fixed assets.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
