Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop ideas and build campaigns that leverage cultural acumen to exceed client expectations.
• Participate in brainstorms, research, moodboarding, and drafting copy.
• Collaborate with strategy, production, and editorial teams to build pitch decks and creative materials.
• Track deliverables and maintain project clarity across departments.
• Monitor trends in fashion, streetwear, music, and contemporary culture to inspire creative contributions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a creative, copywriter, editor, or strategist at a publisher or creative agency.
• Ability to concept and pitch campaigns aligned with client goals and a specific cultural lens.
• Experience using data and creative strategy to inform decision-making.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, account, and production teams.
• In-depth understanding of the hirify.global brand and contemporary youth culture (fashion, art, design, music, sports).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and experience with Adobe design suite.
