What you will do

• Draft persuasive fundraising appeals, donor emails, and impact updates.
• Create and edit blog posts, website content, and digital storytelling pieces.
• Maintain a consistent organizational voice across all communication channels.
• Manage an annual content calendar aligned with fundraising and program goals.
• Recruit, assign, and oversee freelance writers and content specialists.
• Partner with fundraising and marketing teams to support cross-departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling, donor-centered copy.
• Experience managing contractors, freelancers, or creative vendors.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for consistency.
• Agreement with the organization's Statement of Faith and Principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent experience.
