What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end editorial process for the bi-monthly print magazine, The hirify.global Trip.
• Write 4–5 features per issue and three newsletters per week for Afternoon Delight.
• Oversee print production relationships, schedules, and quality control.
• Lead organic content planning across social, marketing, and web channels.
• Manage day-to-day operations of The hirify.global Print Shop, including inventory and product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional editorial initiatives and annual photo contest operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.
• Proven experience in editorial, content, and project management within a magazine or lifestyle brand.
• Strong writing portfolio demonstrating versatility in features, newsletters, and headlines.
• Direct experience managing print production and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with content calendars, project management tools, and e-commerce workhirify.globals.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of building alignment across teams.

• Experience with Shopify for e-commerce operations.
