Salary: €7,700–€8,400 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead the global security operations team and coordinate cross-functional incident response efforts.
• Own the managed SOC service and technical implementation of security tooling like EDR and SIEM.
• Define and maintain operational processes, playbooks, and detection use cases.
• Drive continuous hardening of IT, cloud, and OT landscapes.
• Manage global vulnerability management and security testing programs, including penetration testing.
• Provide management with visibility into security posture, operational risks, and SOC performance.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Information Security or Computer Science.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a management or coordination role for SOC/Security Operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tooling and incident response lifecycles.
• Solid technical foundation across IT infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT).
• Ability to remain effective and structured during high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GCIR, GSOC, CDSA, OSDA, or CCSP.
