What you will do

• Lead the design and development of diverse commercial branded materials from concept to delivery.
• Direct the creation of high-quality, scientifically accurate, and strategically relevant content.
• Serve as a key scientific advisor for clients and external experts.
• Develop robust scientific strategies to inform tactical planning and drive communications.
• Manage editorial resources and ensure efficient project delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior and senior editorial team members to foster talent development.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within a commercial healthcare communications agency.
• Proven track record of scientific and editorial leadership on complex accounts.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations including ABPI Code of Practice, GPP3, and ICMJE.
• Experience leading product or indication launches and developing commercial materials.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling narratives.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in genetics, endocrinology, or rare disease therapeutic areas.
