What you will do

• Manage the operating cadence, including weekly priorities, OKR/KR tracking, and meeting hygiene.
• Execute high-priority strategic initiatives by leading cross-discipline teams to achieve results.
• Conduct market, financial, and business operations analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Analyze company performance and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the leadership team.
• Design and implement new processes, tools, and structures to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, or similar analytical/operational roles.
• Location: Must be based in New York City with the ability to be in-office at least twice per week.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce complex data models.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them through to resolution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust across teams.
• Strong bias to action and ability to operate at pace in an evolving environment.
