What you will do

• Set up and manage new product listings in Lightspeed POS and ensure accurate data synchronization to Shopify.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies between systems to maintain catalog integrity.
• Apply tags, identifiers, and promotional labels to improve product discoverability.
• Execute website updates and implement marketing deals or clearance markdowns.
• Assist with reorder data entry to support inventory management workflows.
• Manage product images to ensure visual consistency across the online catalog.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Shopify is required.
• Solid understanding of digital catalog operations and product data structures.
• High standard for data accuracy and ability to follow strict naming conventions.
• Must be available to work within New Zealand business hours.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for bulk data cleanup.
